Here are my answers !

Of course, you are welcome to join my programs as a beginner or intermediate. They will be tailor made for you only with : 

  1. Your current fitness level
  2. The number of days you can dedicate to your training
  3. Your fitness equipment

 

Individual's goals are always different. Based on the results you wish to get, we will discuss the best training strategy for you, taking into account:

  1. Your budget
  2. Your goals
  3. Your lifestyle
  4. The number of days you can dedicate to your training

Every training plans will be sent by PDF on your email adress with proper instructions. I will answer all your questions 24/24 so we can make sure you are on the right way to start !  

Yes! Stretching is very important. You want keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.

2. Nutrition par plan alimentaire sur mesure

Of course ! You will be able to choose every ingredients of your meal plan. Flexible eating or dieting will allow you to achieve your goals while playing with macros and calories. The choice of your food will not impact your results.

Once you subscribed as a client, I will send you A form to complete so you can indicate me : 

  1. Your favorites restaurants
  2. Your work's canteen or restaurant
  3. What you like to eat
  4. Your food intolerances

 

I will send your meal plan by email, using a PDF. 

Your meal plan will take into account the number of meals that you wish to consume per day. 

Each meal of the day will have between 4 and 12 food options. 

You will have a great panel of foods to choose from ! 

With the swipe options, you will be able to switch between some ingredients !

It is normal and it is ok to feel that way when you have been dieting for some time. I encourage you to organise a quick call with me if it ever happen. I am here to help you to stay on track while guiding you. It is my pleasure to support you on difficult moments.

3. Nutrition par seance consulting

Consultation works per month of coaching. When you book a consultation, it include one month of follow up. 

If you wish to get more consultations within the same month, we will organise more consulting sessions within the same month for a reduced price.

 

The payment option on Paypal allows you to choose for how many months you will be working with me. 

Every consulting sessions are on Skype or Zoom.

If you feel more confortable meeting me, I can move within Paris (at your place or in your gym) and in Gold Coast (at your place or in your gym). 

It is the perfect choice if you don't want to follow a nutrition plan. You will get to learn how to manage macros and calories and you will be able to apply these key nutrition concepts for you on the long run ! 

After one consulting session with me, you will get to : 

  1. Understand dieting strategy
  2. Understand your calorie needs
  3. Learn how to calculate and manage your macros
  4. Create one nutrition plan by yourself, based on your needs
